Client Guide

Start with a clear answer.

General information about consultations, regulatory matters, urgent enquiries and working with the firm.

What kinds of regulatory and licensing matters does the firm handle?

The firm assists with regulatory strategy, trade licences, permits, approvals, administrative decisions, authority enquiries and applications that are delayed, rejected or missing a requirement. We use the proper official process and do not promise approvals or special access.

How do I arrange a consultation?

Open the live booking calendar and select an available 30-minute consultation. Standard appointments are offered Tuesday to Thursday between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM Dubai time, from seven days ahead. Microsoft Bookings confirms the appointment immediately and sends the calendar invitation automatically.

Can I request an urgent same-week consultation?

Yes. Same-week requests are reviewed individually and may be offered outside standard hours. If accepted, the urgent rate applies and is disclosed before payment. Immediate danger or medical emergencies should be directed to the appropriate emergency service first.

Are consultation fees shown publicly?

No. Fees are disclosed only after the firm accepts the appointment request and the client reaches the secure payment stage. The public website does not collect card details.

What should I include in an initial enquiry?

Provide a brief description, names of the parties for conflict checking, the authority or court involved, any reference number, the next deadline and the outcome you need. Do not send case documents at this stage. Documents are reviewed only after the consultation fee is paid and a lawyer has been formally assigned to the matter.

Is information entered into the concierge confidential?

The concierge is suitable only for a limited initial overview. Do not upload evidence, identification documents, privileged material or document contents. Documents are reviewed only after the consultation fee is paid and a lawyer has been formally assigned to the matter.

Does using the concierge create a lawyer-client relationship?

No. It provides general information and routes enquiries. A lawyer-client relationship begins only after the firm completes its checks and confirms the engagement in writing.

What happens in a police or detention matter after hours?

Explain whether there is immediate danger, a medical need, active questioning, an expiring deadline or an irreversible step underway. Those factors may require prompt review. Otherwise, the firm records the location, reference number and timing for the first effective response window.

What documents should I prepare?

You may organise the latest written decision or communication, application or case reference, relevant licence or contract, a short chronology and the next deadline. Do not send them at the enquiry stage. The firm reviews documents only after the consultation fee is paid and a lawyer has been formally assigned to the matter.

Can the firm assist with AI, cybersecurity or digital assets?

The firm is developing a focused Technology, AI and Digital Risk capability covering AI governance, technology contracts, cyber response, digital evidence, data risk and regulated virtual-asset activity. A lawyer will confirm whether a specific matter falls within the current capability.

Which languages does the firm use?

The firm communicates in Arabic and English. Initial enquiries may be submitted in either language.

Can I use WhatsApp?

Yes, for brief initial enquiries and appointment coordination. Do not send case documents through WhatsApp. Documents are reviewed only after the consultation fee is paid and a lawyer has been formally assigned to the matter.
